SMASH 2010

Had so much fun today. I'm exhausted though, and my legs are tired from standing 9+ hours in 8cm heels. I don't seem to go well with public transport. Yesterday i checked Tripview on my phone and it said i had a bus to Strathfield at around 8:11 but i checked again this morning and that time wasn't there anymore! My next bus was at 8:45 so i walked to the station to catch the train and then i missed it by a few minutes ): I waited over 20 mins for the next one. I hate North Strathfield station so much since there are hardly any trains. So then i was late again. Why am i always late now. I woke up at 7 and i was still late. It's usually either because i missed the train or i missed the bus though ): I need a chauffeur haha ! Or maybe i'm just slow at getting ready.

Anyway, Town Hall is so much better than UNSW. I've never actually been inside before. It's quite pretty (: I bought a Shana figurine hehe. There were only 2 and when i went to buy it there was only 1 left. I kinda wanted more after buying it. Ohhh and i bought nekomimi from the Nekochi store :D They cost me $20... There were so many awesome cosplayers. I was so sad that we missed most of the cosplay comp on the main stage T^T I completely forgot about it. By the time we got there, the hall was full and all the seats were taken. I wanted to take photos of all the cosplayers ! *sad* We got to watch the interview with Japanese seiyuu Miyamura Yuko though (: It was rather disappointing that they didn't have a food area this time. But, the MOST disappointing thing of all was the Maid Cafe. It SUCKED. Literally. First of all, we paid $20 and all we got was coffee/tea and a tiny slice of cake (see photo below). Plus, some of them gave pretty awful service and we could only stay in there for 30mins and then got kicked off the table. Might i add, their dance also sucked. Last year's one was a million times better. We actually got normal sized cake for around $4.50 ! GRRRR if i had known i would've rather spent that $20 eating udon at Norita or something :@ I think i need a new camera. My one pretty much sucks now that cameras have so many megapixels. Plus my shaky hands kept ruining my photos ): Stupid shaky hands. Well, i'm not the only one *ahem Heater*. I want a digital SLR ): But so chunky and heavy.

I wish next year would come sooner. It sounds so exciting because they're moving the venue again, this time to Sydney Convention Centre :D Hurray for big space *excited already*. I feel like cosplaying next year haha. No idea as who/what though.
